Delivery Terms – Jama Safety
This Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions governing the sale of products by Jama Safety (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the following delivery terms.
- Order Processing
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Orders are typically processed within 5–6 working days from confirmation of payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
- Shipping & Dispatch
- Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and courier partner.

- Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation email.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partner delays
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Government restrictions
- Customs clearance delays (for international shipments)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Risk and Title Transfer
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch of the goods from our warehouse.
- Ownership (title) of the goods transfers to the customer only upon full payment receipt.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Any additional charges such as customs duty, import tax, or local handling charges (for international orders) shall be borne by the customer.
- Delivery Address
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
- The Company shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept shipment
- Incorrect address
The Company reserves the right to:
- Charge re-delivery fees, or
- Cancel the order and deduct shipping/handling charges from any refund.
- Partial Shipments
The Company reserves the right to ship products in partial consignments if required. This shall not relieve the customer from payment obligations.
- Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged:
- Do not accept the shipment, or
- Record the damage with the courier and notify us within 24 hours with supporting photographs.
Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may invalidate claims.
- Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
